Returns, exchanges & cancellations — Khalsa

We want you to be satisfied with your Khalsa purchase. This policy explains returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with common e-commerce practice and the clear refund communication style used by established ethnic retailers.

Eligibility

Unworn, unused items with tags and original packaging may be considered for return or exchange within the window communicated at purchase (often 7–15 days from delivery for ready-to-ship goods), unless marked final sale.

Made-to-order & customised pieces

Custom stitched, altered, or personalised orders are generally non-returnable once production starts. If we fail to deliver as agreed, we will work with you on a fair resolution.

How to request a return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason.
  2. We confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely; use a trackable courier if we ask you to ship it back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable banking timeline (often 5–14 business days after we receive and inspect the return).

Exchanges

Size or colour exchanges are subject to stock availability. Price differences and shipping may apply.

Damaged or wrong item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will prioritise replacement or refund.
